Not only did Razor Zone salon in eureka RUIN my son's hair (the worse "fade" I've ever seen. #bowlcut)- they called ME rude when I called to explain that I was dissatisfied. The owner never once apologized or offered to fix it but did a rude chuckle thing saying yeah I'll pass it along and HUNG UP! Horrible cut and horrible customer service skills...
First time we took our son here they did great they fixed another shops mistakes and made his hair look awsome 2nd time not so lucky was a terrible haircut and was all choppy and uneven but that being said everyone has an off day
